Thresholds is seeking a licensed physician (MD/DO) to serve as a contractual, PRN reviewer for OBRA assessments conducted for adults with I/DD. The role involves independent medical review of RN-completed assessments to ensure clinical information aligns with OBRA requirements.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Ability to review OBRA assessments with clinical judgment.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review OBRA medical assessments for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing or unclear information and communicate findings to OBRA Coordinator.
• Provide independent clinical reviews and recommendations.
• Document findings and follow-up actions per standards.
• Meet established review timelines and collaborate with the OBRA team.
