Qualifications

• Licensed in multiple U.S. states ideally including CA, TX, or IL.
• Comfortable practicing in a fully remote environment.
• ABOM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized treatment plans supported by current clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate remotely with other clinicians for coordinated care.
