Job summary

ResMed in the United States is seeking an OASIS Review Coding Specialist to perform 485 Review, OASIS Review, and coding duties while delivering excellent service to MatrixCare customers. This is a remote position with flexible workload and reporting to Coding and Review Operations leadership.

The role requires nursing background, OASIS/485 experience, ICD-10 coding, and strong EMR knowledge. You will extract clinical information, assign codes, and ensure timely, accurate documentation while

Qualifications

• Nursing background with OASIS/485 experience preferred.
• BSN preferred and nursing licensure is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems and coding guidelines (ICD-10).
• Experience with QA or case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform 485 Review and OASIS Review with coding accuracy.
• Extract clinical information from OASIS and medical records.
• Assign ICD-10 codes per guidelines and COPs.
• Suggest changes to OASIS responses based on documentation.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and QA feedback.
