Job summary

Bell Law Group, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney for a fully remote role requiring NY residency and admission to the NY bar. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in personal injury litigation, with experience in both insurance defense and plaintiff-side work.

You will handle depositions, motions, and discovery while developing cases from inception to trial. We offer a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to grow client relationships and engage in business development.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven experience taking depositions and managing motion practice.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your own client base.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
• Represent clients in both plaintiff and defense personal injury cases.
• Develop and manage cases from inception to trial.
• Engage in business development activities to generate new clients and cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to grow your skill set both in the courtroom and in managing the business of law.
• Participate in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
