Stanbridge University invites applications for a Nursing Academic Coach – ATI & NCLEX Success. This remote, full-time role centers on student coaching, ATI data analysis, and NCLEX readiness, with approx.

30 hours weekly direct student work and remaining time on data analysis, remediation planning, and resources development. The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, has hands-on ATI/NCLEX experience, and can translate performance data into practical interventions while collaborating with

Qualifications

• MSN or higher; licensure requirements as applicable.
• Experience coaching nursing students, remediation, and NCLEX readiness.
• Hands-on experience using ATI or comparable NCLEX-prep platform.
• Ability to interpret ATI data and develop remediation plans.
• Knowledge of NCLEX-RN, Next Generation NCLEX clinical judgment, and item formats.
• Strong coaching, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group academic coaching for nursing-student achievement and NCLEX readiness
• Deliver tutoring, remediation sessions, workshops, and supplemental instruction
• Analyze ATI and assessment data to develop remediation plans and progress documentation
• Develop NCLEX-aligned study guides and remediation materials
• Collaborate with the Director of NCLEX, nursing faculty, and program leadership
• Maintain timely documentation of appointments, outreach, and progress
• Monitor NCLEX readiness benchmarks and adjust interventions as needed
