Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a fully remote, ongoing, relationship-based care model focused on women’s midlife health. You will manage a full patient panel virtually, addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep, with autonomous HRT prescribing and monitoring.

You will evaluate pharmacologic weight management options, including GLP-1 therapies, and make independent clinical decisions within a protocol-driven framework.

Qualifications

• Active board-certified NP: FNP-C/FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies incl. GLP-1 agonists.
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
• Preferred: Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine certification.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $55 - $75 / hour, based on geographic location
Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager
Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
