Midi Health is a fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built around women's midlife health and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best. In this remote role, you'll manage a full patient panel, addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood and sleep, all virtually for diverse US patients.

You'll prescribe and independently manage HRT, evaluate pharmacologic weight-management options including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions

Qualifications

• Must hold multiple state NP licenses.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep via telehealth.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and weight-management therapies.
• Maintain high-volume productivity with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Deliver compassionate care across patients and platforms, with autonomous clinical decisions.

Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location
Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager
Work Location: Remote - work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00am - 7:00pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You'll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep - all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you - visit after visit, over months and years. You'll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel - building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
