Medical Director Services PC seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver telemedicine care to nursing homes across multiple states. The position emphasizes skilled nursing expertise and high-quality patient care delivered remotely.

The ideal candidate will hold active NP licensure across required states and be comfortable providing services from home while supporting a nationwide network of nursing facilities. Strong clinical judgment and collaboration with physicians are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Skilled Nursing experience as an NP.
• 3 - 12 Hour Shifts (AM or PM)

Responsibilities

• Assuring delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner.
• Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues; providing information and commentary; recommending options; implementing physician directives.
• Assesses patient health by interviewing, performing physical examinations, obtaining and studying medical histories.
• Documents patient care services by charting in patient records.
• Performs therapeutic procedures by providing treatments and prescribing medicine
• Instructs and counsels patients on therapeutic regimens and wellness maintenance.
• Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Protects patients and employees by infection-control policies.
• Complies with laws by studying legislation and enforcing adherence.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending workshops and literature review.
• Develops health care team staff by providing information and opportunities.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
