Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking an After Hours Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote care during nights and weekends via phone, video, or the Thyme Care platform. You will assess urgency, triage to appropriate care, and coordinate next steps, including referrals or next-day appointments.

The role is remote and part-time, with a $1,000 weekly retainer plus $100 per hour for each hour a call begins (capped) and $150 per virtual visit, requiring NP licensure in multiple states and experience in telehealth and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of NP practice, with 2 years in adult oncology and urgent care duties.
• Telehealth experience is required and licensed to practice with flexibility for multiple states.
• Unrestricted license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Startup or tech-forward experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound clinical calls, assess status, and triage care levels.
• Provide non-business hours care via telehealth in rotating overnight shifts.
• Document care using Thyme Care EHR and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with RNs, staff, and physicians within Thyme Care guidelines.
