Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join their team. In this fully remote position, you will work directly with patients to provide medication for opioid use disorder. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications.
• Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously.
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients to deliver MOUD (buprenorphine) in a fully remote outpatient setting.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
