Qualifications

• Active West Virginia APRN/Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Current WV Medicaid enrollment as a billing/rendering provider is required.
• Ability to provide telehealth care and prescribe buprenorphine when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth appointments with new and established patients.
• Perform clinical assessments and evaluate for opioid use disorder treatment.
• Prescribe and manage buprenorphine when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with behavioral health teams and complete documentation.
