About the Role

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual care, both asynchronous and synchronous.
• Review patient intake information to ensure safe prescribing decisions.
• Conduct clinical assessments using guidelines and workflows.
• Prescribe medications responsibly, considering patient safety and formulary guidance.
• Document encounters thoroughly, including rationale, counseling, and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients via secure messaging or live video.
• Refer to in-person care when necessary, documenting reasons and instructions.
• Maintain quality standards and participate in continuous improvement.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinical operations team for onboarding and support.

Who You Are

• Board-certified nurse practitioner
• Multiple state licenses (minimum in AR, NJ, OK)
• Willing to do video-only visits
• 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency, urgent care, or primary care
• Available at least 10 hours/week, ideally 20+ hours
• Preferred: 1099 contract position, full practice authority, telemedicine experience, pediatric experience
• Strong clinical skills and communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology
