Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred.
- Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
- BLS certification; quarterly RQI on-site to retain active status.
- Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year of eligibility.
- Knowledge of business applications and resource planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead a remote clinical team focused on primary care message triage.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Ensure staffing coverage, workload balance, and SLA attainment.
- Drive standardized triage workflows and quality oversight.
- Partner with physicians, clinic leadership, and IT to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor metrics: turnaround times, quality outcomes, productivity, patient satisfaction.
- Lead continuous improvement using data to optimize workflows and staffing.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA standards.
