Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in workers compensation insurance and medical case management preferred.
• 4+ years clinical experience in a medical/surgical setting required.
• Must demonstrate independent case management duties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate medical care for injured workers.
• Communicate with employers, adjusters, and injured workers consistently.
• Review medical records and make cost-effective treatment recommendations.
• Document case progress using best practices.
