Qualifications
2+ years experience in workers compensation insurance and medical case management preferred.
4+ years clinical experience in a medical/surgical setting required.
Must demonstrate independent case management duties.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate medical care for injured workers.
Communicate with employers, adjusters, and injured workers consistently.
Review medical records and make cost-effective treatment recommendations.
Document case progress using best practices.
