AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager Energy – Remote. Based out of our Oak Ridge, TN office, you will lead the QA program to meet 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NQA-1 and related standards.

You will oversee audits, corrective actions, supplier qualifications, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will provide direction and training to QA and QC staff, collaborate with engineering and project management, and communicate with regulators to ensure program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; 10 years QA oversight in commercial nuclear.
• Experience with 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, NRC RG 1.28, and NQA-1.
• Strong verbal and written communication; problem-solving.
• Knowledge of QA systems, corrective actions and supplier qualifications.
• Lead auditor certification per NQA-1; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement and maintain the QA program per nuclear industry standards.
• Oversee audits, supplier qualification, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to QA/QC staff; supervise performance reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management to integrate QA requirements throughout projects.
• Interface with regulators and third‑party auditors to demonstrate program compliance.
