Job summary

AlediumHR is partnering with a forward-thinking telehealth organization delivering hormone optimization and wellness nationwide. This role targets experienced nurse practitioners who understand hormone therapy and want to practice at a high level. We seek licensed NPs with at least 1 year of HRT experience for men and women.

Both part-time and full-time options exist. Providers work remotely within a structured, technology-enabled telehealth model, with licensing in multiple states and DEA

Qualifications

• Active NP license in 5–10+ states (non-negotiable required by licensing).
• Active, unrestricted DEA license is required.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience.
• Experience treating both male and female patients.
• Comfort prescribing and managing testosterone, estrogen/progesterone, and lab monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for hormone optimization and wellness care.
• Review labs, diagnose hormone imbalances, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including prescribing and follow-up.
• Provide patient education on risks, benefits, and long-term care strategies.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation within telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with a clinical & administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

This is not a generalist telehealth role. This is for experienced nurse practitioners who understand hormone therapy and want to practice at a high level.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced, licensed Nurse Practitioners with at least 1 year of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) experience for both men and women.

These are both part-time and full-time availability. Providers work remotely and deliver high-impact care through a structured, technology-enabled telehealth model.

Licensing Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active NP license in a minimum of 5-10+ U.S. states
• California, Texas, New York, and Colorado licenses are in demand
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Ability to prescribe and manage controlled substances in compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Clinical Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Comfort managing testosterone therapy, estrogen/progesterone therapy, adjunct wellness medications, and ongoing lab monitoring
• Strong understanding of endocrine health, preventative care, and optimization protocols
