Job summary

Midi Health is a fully virtual, fast-paced clinic focused on women’s midlife health. As an NP, you will remotely manage a full patient panel, addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep with autonomous clinical decisions.

You’ll prescribe HRT, assess pharmacologic weight management options, and maintain efficient visits while delivering warm, patient-centered care across time zones.

Qualifications

• Active board certification in a nurse practitioner specialty (FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC).
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (GLP-1).

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate weight-management therapies.
• Operate in a high-volume environment with documentation, follow-through, and productivity targets.
