Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Remote Notary Public to work within the U.S. only.

SPECIALTY: Depositions

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct remote notarizations for depositions, affidavits, and other legal documents via secure online platforms.
2. Verify signer identities and witness signatures to ensure compliance with state notary laws.
3. Maintain accurate records of notarized documents, including dates, signers' identities, and details.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders to schedule and facilitate notarizations.
5. Stay informed about state-specific notary laws to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. U.S. citizenship and a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Active Notary Public commission in your state.
3. At least 1 year of notary experience, preferably with remote notarizations.
4. Knowledge of state-specific notary laws and digital notarization platforms.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Requirements:

Payment:
