Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Norwegian-speaking Transportation Customer Expert to support travelers from Greece. You will handle complex transport inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure high-quality service while collaborating with international teams.

Ideal candidates have native-level Norwegian, strong English, and a proven customer service background in travel or transportation. A valid EU passport and the ability to work remotely from Greece are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
• Proven background in customer service, preferably in travel or transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to thrive in a remote Greece-based role.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage communications.
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations or guidelines is a plus.
• EU passport valid for travel within the Schengen area is mandatory.

Responsibilities
