Job summary

Real Staffing is recruiting for a DMPK-focused contract specialist to support drug discovery and development programs in a global pharmaceutical environment. The role emphasizes study monitoring, vendor coordination, and regulatory documentation within nonclinical settings.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, review study results, and help manage timelines and QC for IND/NDA related materials, working remotely with optional hybrid work in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• BS/MS with 3–5 years of industrial DMPK experience in pharma/biotech or CRO.
• Experience in in vitro and/or in vivo study support; outsourcing desired.
• Technical expertise in preclinical PK, MetID, and/or DDI desirable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Educational background in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of contract laboratories for nonclinical studies.
• Coordinate study scheduling, material shipments, archiving, reporting.
• Coordinate vendor contracts (MSAs, Quality Agreements, CDAs).
• Procure and track transfer of reference materials.
• Review study results for accuracy in execution and data analysis.
• Provide scientific input on study design and interpret results.
• Prepare QC documentation (protocols, reports, methods).
• Audit external nonclinical CROs and analytical laboratories.
• Maintain study timelines to meet project needs.
• QC regulatory documents (IND, NDA, etc.).
