Qualifications

BA/BS degree is required.
5+ years of relevant experience in network administration or NOC roles.
Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification required.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Provides remote Network Operations Center support to ensure continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management.
Serves as backup NOC operations capability, providing redundancy for centralized functions.
Monitors assigned network infrastructure and systems from remote location and coordinates with on-site personnel.
Performs network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently.
Maintains proficiency with NOC tools, processes, and procedures and supports disaster recovery scenarios.
