Responsibilities

• Provides remote Network Operations Center support from forward-deployed location ensuring continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management capabilities.
• Serves as backup NOC operations capability providing redundancy for centralized NOC functions.
• Monitors assigned network infrastructure and systems from remote location.
• Coordinates with primary NOC personnel ensuring seamless handoff of monitoring and management responsibilities.
• Provides NOC management decision‑making support during primary NOC disruptions or contingency situations.
• Performs network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently.
• Maintains proficiency with all NOC tools, processes, and procedures.
• Supports distributed operations model enabling resilient network management during crisis or disaster recovery scenarios.
• Coordinates with on‑site base personnel for localized network issues.
• Ensures continuous network monitoring coverage and operational awareness.
• Participates in NOC training and readiness activities.
• Maintains secure communications and coordination channels with primary NOC.
