Job summary

AI Toolboard seeks an NLP Engineer to design and implement intelligent solutions that interpret regulatory documentation using NLP and LLMs. The role focuses on extracting rules and eligibility criteria from large-scale documents (PDFs, HTML, policy manuals) and automating downstream workflows in a regulated environment.

You will build AI pipelines, implement IDP solutions, and develop machine-readable rules with Python.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with NLP/LLM frameworks (SpaCy, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI).
• Strong Python skills for text processing and rule extraction.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate).
• Document Intelligence/IDP platform experience and OCR techniques in regulated domains.

Responsibilities

• Design NLP/LLM pipelines to read and interpret federal healthcare manuals, policies, and regulatory guidance.
• Extract complex rules, eligibility conditions, and exceptions from unstructured documents.
• Implement IDP solutions for large-scale content ingestion.
• Convert extracted regulatory logic into machine-readable rules and automate workflows using Python and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Ensure outputs are auditable and compliant with federal standards.
