No prior AI experience is required, and projects will help you learn how AI can enhance reporting accuracy and storytelling quality. Fully remote freelance engagement, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a journalist, reporter, editor, or news analyst.
• Strong English writing, editing, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to explain complex journalistic and media concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate real-world editorial and reporting scenarios to test AI reasoning and writing quality.
• Write clear, structured analyses for journalism-related tasks such as article structuring, news verification, and bias detection.
• Evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy, ethical integrity, and adherence to journalistic standards.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of news production, editorial judgment, and storytelling quality.
