Clark Hill Law in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our litigation practice. This full‑time role offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week, with a hybrid schedule that suits a diligent, client‑focused attorney.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of litigation experience, an active Nevada bar license, strong discovery and briefing skills, and a proven track record in oral advocacy and deposition work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Nevada bar license.
• Clerkship experience preferred.
• Proficient in written discovery, including e‑Discovery.
• Command of Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure.
• Oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and deposition experience.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
