Position Summary

The Department of Radiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) is seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained radiologist for a remote, weekday-only 100% neuroradiology job. This daytime teleradiology position follows a 2 WEEK ON, 1 WEEK OFF model with manageable imaging volumes. Salary is highly competitive for this model. This remote position has a Monday-Friday schedule (8AM – 5PM CST) with no weekend call or major holiday requirements.

This position entails reading a mixture of outpatient, ER, and inpatient CT/CTA/MRI neuroradiology studies alongside our excellent in-house staff and residents. As this is strictly a clinical position, no lectures or research responsibilities are required/expected for this role unless sought out by the candidate. We have a strong teleradiology division and currently employ 15+ remote radiologists who have been with our department for multiple years to supplement our 30+ on-site staff radiologists. A very collegial relationship exists with on-site radiologists including high value and support for our teleradiology colleagues.

Our department utilizes state-of-the-art equipment in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and nuclear medicine. Enjoy an outstanding lifestyle without sacrificing image quality or professional satisfaction in a progressive department cognizant and supportive of work-life balance in radiology.
