Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maine to join our remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care team. This telehealth role delivers direct clinical care to patients and partners with physicians to improve access and speed to treatment.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, prescribe therapies with supervision, and educate patients and families about diagnoses and progression. A geriatrics/adult-gerontology/family practice certification is preferred.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of neurology or memory care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical care via telehealth for patients with neurological conditions and memory disorders.
• Assess, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians including prescribing therapies.
• Partner with our neurologist(s) and broader care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR consistent with regulatory requirements.
