Prosper Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You’ll join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC or LMHC).
• Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT or ACT.
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
• Excellent communication skills and client-centered approach.
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
• Join a team dedicated to neurodiversity-affirming, accessible care.
• Maintain ongoing caseload and collaborate with clinicians.
• Engage in regular peer consultation and professional growth activities.
