Job summary

Prosper Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide telehealth therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults. You’ll join a mission-driven team delivering accessible care through insurance-covered services, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

We offer two roles: Full-time (25+ hours weekly, benefits-eligible) and Part-time (15+ hours weekly). Compensation is per session (between $55 and $60 USD), plus benefits and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).
• Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT or ACT.
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
• Excellent communication skills and client-centered care.
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required.
