You will drive provider contracting lifecycle, support market strategies, and ensure data integrity across in-flight provider contracts, collaborating with internal teams and external providers, reporting to the Manager, Network Recruitment.

This remote role is open to candidates nationwide, including Texas, with travel for client meetings as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare contract coordination or provider relations.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suites with strong Excel knowledge.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Aufgaben

• Use demographic data to create recruitment lists for geography, specialty, or demographics.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment on inquiries and data-related contracting.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and mailboxes for new contracts.
