Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Network Planning Technical Project Manager to bridge internal data center development with telecom partners. You’ll own connectivity lifecycle from site assessment to exterior plant delivery, ensuring seamless integration into Nebius’ global network.

You’ll lead multi-stakeholder builds across the region, with deep fiber optics and geospatial expertise, and you’re welcome to work remotely from the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
5+ years in network infrastructure or data center connectivity project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for site infrastructure designs.
Geospatial data handling with KMZ/KML.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal data center teams and external partners to manage connectivity lifecycle.
Lead site selection and validation of long-haul proposals and fiber options.
Design fiber pathways from entry to internal panels and ensure route diversity.
Oversee MOFN deployments and integration with POE/MMR layouts.
