Job summary

This remote role is designed for undergraduates who want hands-on experience in a Managed Care environment, contributing to real projects and gaining exposure to data and operations. You'll learn about process improvement, map workflows, research root causes, and help develop reporting and performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college for the internship period.
• High school diploma or equivalent required to enroll.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL is preferred.
