Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems is seeking an Implementation Network Administrator to manage network implementations for clients. You will coordinate with Implementation Managers and external network contacts, ensure networks meet client needs, and maintain strong relationships with networks/vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in a sales support role, excellent written and oral communication, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a sales support role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail; able to multitask and stay organized.
• Experience implementing fully insured plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit and maintain new network setup paperwork and test networks to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers/ Coordinators to ensure networks are assigned properly.
• Coordinate with external network contacts on interactions and standard processes between Allied and the network.
• Implement all networks/vendors and maintain relationships with networks/vendors.
• Maintain networks/vendors for all new business, renewals, and terminations; communicate updates internally and externally.
• Support implementation team with network-related issues and questions; provide effective resolutions and escalate as needed.
• Develop tracking and ad hoc reporting; audit tasks for accuracy; maintain client files and history.
