Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Network DevOps Engineer who blends Python development with deep networking expertise to automate configuration, change management, and observability across multi-vendor enterprise networks. You will build production-grade automation using modern network APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD practices that bring software engineering discipline to network operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
5+ years of network automation experience.
Strong Python development including OOP, testing, and packaging.
Deep networking fundamentals: routing, switching, BGP.
Hands-on with Netmiko, NAPALM, Nornir, or Scrapli.
Experience with NETCONF/RESTCONF/gNMI.
Strong Ansible and Jinja2 templating for network automation.
Familiarity with NetBox, Nautobot, or other sources of truth.
Strong Git-based workflows and CI/CD experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Automate network configuration and change management across multi-vendor networks.
Build production-grade automation using network APIs and infrastructure-as-code.
Apply CI/CD practices and software engineering discipline to network ops.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations and stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code/design reviews.
