Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Manager, Network Contracting to negotiate and manage a portfolio of network participation agreements with national and regional health plans. The role interfaces with payers and senior leadership to negotiate new agreements and renewals, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management and payer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers.
• Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle.
• Experience navigating complex payer dynamics.
• Strong analytics and risk assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication and payer relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive results.
• Passionate about ensuring providers are fairly reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate network participation agreements with health plans, including new agreements and renewals.
• Manage deliverables, document repositories, and track contract milestones.
• Analyze rates and monitor key contract metrics to assess performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders.
