Job summary

FreightPOP is an ISV partner of NetSuite and seeks a Solution Architect to own the technical direction of our NetSuite integration and SuiteApp. This role blends product leadership, technical architecture, and sales enablement to drive enterprise-grade delivery.

You will influence the product roadmap, provide expert guidance to engineering, and engage in pre-sales discussions with ERP buyers. Remote-friendly with preference for CA/Nashville commuting support.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a solution architect, technical consultant, or senior implementation role at a NetSuite Alliance Partner or ISV.
Direct experience working on or alongside a NetSuite SuiteApp or ISV product, not just customer-facing implementations.
Ability to read, interpret, and diagnose SuiteScript; comfortable reviewing script execution logs, scripted records, and workflow configurations in a customer environment.
Strong understanding of NetSuite's integration architecture including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, REST and SOAP APIs, and managed bundles.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into product decisions and developer-ready specifications.
Experience managing or contributing to a product roadmap for an ERP integration or connected SaaS product.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate credibly across technical developers, customer ERP administrators, and executive stakeholders in the same conversation.

Responsibilities

Own the NetSuite SuiteApp product roadmap: prioritizing features, acceptance criteria, and staying ahead of customer and partner expectations.
Serve as the internal NetSuite SME for product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Conduct dependency analysis in customer environments and translate findings into clear specs for the development team.
Build and maintain a knowledge base of common third-party bundle conflicts and integration pitfalls.
Evaluate NetSuite AI capabilities to drive differentiated TMS functionality within NetSuite.
Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions for the SuiteApp, ensuring scalability.
Define and improve the onboarding process for the NetSuite integration, including questionnaires and checklists.
Join prospect calls as the technical NetSuite authority on large deals and support implementation quality on complex accounts.
Engage with NetSuite's partner team to align on roadmap, certifications, and co-development opportunities.
