Eide Bailly LLP is sourcing a remote NetSuite Techno/Functional Consultant to support client ERP implementations nationwide. You’ll handle NetSuite administration, data cleansing, configurations, dashboards, reports, and workflows while collaborating with teammates to exceed client expectations.

The role emphasizes customer service, trouble-shooting, and strong accounting knowledge, with some travel to client sites as needed. Remote work with travel expectations enables broad client access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with NetSuite or other ERP solutions.
• NetSuite Administrator certification.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and improving client satisfaction.
• Enjoy troubleshooting implementations and providing support with business solutions.
• Strong understanding of accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform NetSuite administrative tasks.
• Cleanse/import client data.
• Perform configuration tasks based on client requirements.
• Setup NetSuite Dashboards based on client requirements.
• Create Reports and Saved Searches.
• Create Workflows based on client requirements (some light scripting).
• Collaborate with other consultants to assess client needs and implement solutions.
• Develop and communicate client requirements with developers for customizations.
• Document deliverables and completed activities for client data.
