Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Web Developer (.NET C#/IIS/AWS) to design, develop and maintain web sites built on the .NET framework. You will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, support AWS hosting (Windows and Linux), and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure.

The role emphasizes unit tests, deployment, incident response, and technical documentation. Required 3+ years in .NET/JavaScript/HTML/CSS, GitHub, IIS, and certificate renewal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of application/web development using .NET C#, JavaScript, WebAPI.NET, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with GitHub version control, servers and IIS, and renewing server certificates.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, document, support and maintain Web sites built on .NET framework according to business needs.
• Gather requirements from business users and understand business processes.
• Support hosting of the website in AWS cloud environment (Windows and Linux).
• Write unit tests and integration tests for customizations.
• Deploy changes to test and production environments; be familiar with SQL and MySQL databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues (OS, networking, storage, permissions, performance).
• Identify, remediate security vulnerabilities through hardening, patching, scans and config reviews.
• Monitor system health, capacity and availability; investigate recurring issues and recommend fixes.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident root-cause analysis for infra and security events.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and SOPs for supported systems.
• Collaborate with developers, security teams, and IT for stable, secure operations.
• Escalate complex/high-risk issues and own resolution for standard tasks.
