Job summary
JDA TSG is hiring an Application and Innovation Customer Engineer to guide customers in architecture, modernization, and technical support for .NET and Java apps. You will lead sessions, review code, and help deploy secure, scalable solutions in on-prem, hybrid, or cloud environments.
The role requires strong customer-facing skills, 4+ years in .NET development, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years development experience with .NET (.NET Framework or .NET Core).
- 1+ year experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience with stakeholders or developers.
- Experience deploying and optimizing on-premises, hybrid, or cloud apps.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in guiding customers and leading sessions.
- Advise on .NET development, Java modernization, and architecture design.
- Lead production deployments and oversee releases.
- Assess and review application architectures for customers.
