Job summary

Business Information Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET technologies. You will develop scalable REST APIs and backend logic, and optimize SQL Server databases to support business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in architecture decisions, and contribute to Agile processes while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development with Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET.
• Proven Full Stack experience with front-end and back-end ownership.
• Strong experience building/consuming REST APIs and web services.
• Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.
• Strong MS SQL Server experience and query optimization.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices.
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
• Strong OO design and architecture skills.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web apps using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs, web services, and backend logic.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, views, and data models.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop reusable code and shared libraries to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and cloud platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD deployments.
• Maintain application security standards.
• Document architecture and development standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and improvements.
• Support maintenance of existing applications and systems.
• Provide technical consulting to clients.
