Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Experience developing applications with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles.
• Experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions using Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices (Git & CI/CD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The .NET Developer will work across the full development lifecycle, building scalable web and cloud-native applications while collaborating with technical teams and government stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities of the .NET Developer:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications
• Develop scalable Microsoft solutions using .NET and modern web development technologies
• Build front-end applications using technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop and maintain back-end application components and services
• Develop applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and relational SQL databases
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality and data access
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across front-end, back-end, application, cloud, and database environments
• Implement innovative technical solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver value to the client
• Collaborate with technical resources, business stakeholders, and government customers to understand requirements and develop effective solutions
• Communicate application status, technical issues, risks, and proposed solutions to project stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application maintenance activities
• Work within a Scrum team using Agile development methodologies
• Support DevSecOps practices, including Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, application architecture, and technical solutions

Qualifications for the .NET Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of professional .NET development experience
• Strong full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience developing applications with Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficiency writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles
• Experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions using Agile methodologiesExperience with DevSecOps practices, including source-driven development, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and government stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience supporting federal enterprise applications
• Familiarity with federal governance and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements
• Understanding of FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 controls

Compensation for the .NET Developer:

• Salary: $145,000 - $155,000
