Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative by building backend services and APIs.

This remote contract-to-hire role requires strong .NET/C# skills, experience with RESTful services, and the ability to integrate with enterprise applications. W2 benefits are provided, and potential conversion to a full-time role after the contract.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C# development.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.

• Knowledge of systems like Salesforce, Concur, or OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and REST APIs using .NET.
• Build replacement services as part of legacy modernization.
• Review legacy mainframe code to translate to modern services.
• Develop event-driven services, consumers, and publishers.
• Build and support enterprise integrations.
• Contribute to finance-related services and payroll workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to modernize critical enterprise applications.
