Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in radiography or NDE disciplines.
• 3–4 year university degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of radiographic testing and advanced NDE methods.
• Strong regulatory compliance understanding and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Radiation Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with radiation safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee radiation safety programs and maintain personnel exposure records within permissible limits.
• Verify adherence to state regulations for each project where X-ray work is performed.
• Coordinate setup of NDE tools (X-ray equipment, dosimetry, survey meters, chemicals) for new projects.
• Review third-party NDE programs for compliance and assist with calibration and film development activities.
