The NDE Program Manager serves as CB&I Services’ Radiation Safety Officer and technical authority for radiographic testing and advanced non‑destructive examination methods supporting both self‑performed and subcontracted construction activities. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, technical adequacy, and safe execution of all activities involving radiation‑producing equipment. The NDE Program Manager reports to the Director, Operations and interfaces regularly with Corporate and Area Functional Leads, Area Welding and QA Managers, Area Quality Managers, and Project and Fabrication Shop Quality Managers.
