Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 Navy ERP/SAP Functional Consultant – Funds Management (FM) to sustain and enhance SAP FM within the NIWC LANT N-ERP environment.

This remote-friendly role requires coordinating with government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure SAP FM aligns with Navy ERP requirements and best practices. The position supports day-to-day operations, delivers production support, and offers travel roughly 25%.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active SECRET clearance.
• 7+ years of SAP ERP functional support in production or sustainment environments.
• Experience in SAP FM (Funds Management) including budgeting, fund control, commitments, obligations.
• Direct end-user support for SAP FM transactions and functionality.
• Experience with SAP support queues, ticketing processes, or similar ops environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with government customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Travel approximately 25%.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Tier 1 functional support to NIWC LANT users in the N-ERP SAP environment.
• Perform sustainment activities including queues, QCIs, release management, and project meetings.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP FM production issues.
• Guide end users on SAP FM transactions and functionality.
• Research and resolve user-reported issues promptly and document root causes.
• Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and FAQs.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer on SAP FM.
• Collaborate with government customers, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues.
