Job summary

British American Household Staffing is assisting a Hillsborough family in finding a nanny/remote personal assistant for 35–40 hours per week. The role includes 25 hours as a nanny for two boys (ages ~8 and 10) and 5–7 hours of remote PA with 5–7 hours of errands, plus 11am–7pm daily schedule, starting Nov 1, 2026.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, quick on their feet, able to structure the children's day, support homework, and use AI tools for admin. Teaching experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with caring for school-age children.
• Ability to structure and enforce schedules.
• Teaching background is a bonus.
• Licensed driver with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage family calendars and coordinate children's activities.
• Plan logistics for school pickups and activities; coordinate car or mileage reimbursements.
• Order birthday gifts and handle school communications.
• Run errands (Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's) and manage repairs drop-offs/pickups.
• Support PA duties remotely using AI tools for administration/calendaring.
• No travel required for this role.
• Nanny duties: pick up children from school; drive to/from activities; assist youngest with reading/writing; create engaging activities.
