• Collaborative and excellent communication skills
• Self starter; excels at coming up with fun, age appropriate ideas/activities
• Prioritizes children's safety
• Reliable
• Warm and calm but authoritative

Responsibilities

• Care for baby including the day-to-day, classes, planning age appropriate activities, etc.
• Provide updates to parents througout the day, discuss development, etc.
• Providing occasional care for 3-year-old when he is off from preschool
• Laundry for the children
• Preparing meals for the children
• Preparing and sanitizing bottles
• Driving / pick ups
• Light tidying (children's bedrooms and play spaces, common areas)
• Occasional evening support/babysitting
