Job summary

Anteris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Field Operations for North America, with strong TAVR experience and leadership. This remote role supports NA sites, drives protocol adherence, and coordinates cross-functional teams to execute clinical trials effectively.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in structural heart work, travel readiness up to 70%, and a track record in developing high-performing teams within a regulated clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant structural heart or interventional cardiology experience.
• Previous people-management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting TAVR procedures in cath lab and/or hybrid OR environments.
• Strong knowledge of TAVR patient evaluation, CT and echo imaging, procedural planning, and clinical trial execution.
• Ability to travel up to 70%, including travel for case support, team oversight, site engagement, and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Specialist team, ensuring strong performance and field execution.
• Oversee onboarding, certification, competency assessment, and ongoing development for procedural support and CT/echo imaging.
• Conduct field visits and case observations to provide coaching and development.
• Promote a culture aligned with company values and support workforce planning and capacity.
• Oversee field clinical support across North American trial sites and ensure protocol-compliant execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor site activity, enrollment, and documentation.
• Collaborate on investigator training, clinical education, and DurAVR clinical evidence communication.
