Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong MySQL administration experience with large databases (10-50+ TB).
• Hands-on experience with MySQL Shell utilities (dumpSchemas, loadDump, parallel dump/restore).
• Aurora MySQL provisioning, external replication setup, and performance tuning.
• Binlog Replication / CDC setup, monitoring, and failover recovery.
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience (AWS SDKs/boto3 preferred).
• Ansible playbook development and orchestration.
• Bash/Shell scripting.
• AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and networking fundamentals.
