SOLV Energy is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations nationwide. This fully remote role emphasizes leadership in electrical safety and requires travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• 5+ years of safety experience in solar or utility-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Inspect sites for OSHA compliance and manage incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety training with subcontractors and field personnel.
